Meditation for Compassion

A practice available exclusively to Premium subscribers

The highest spiritual practice is Self-observation with compassion and without judgment.
~Swami Kripalu

I was invited to teach a meditation class on compassion for the Comox Valley Meditation group recently. It was a lovely damp and drizzly day in the midst of a very long, hot summer. We spread our blankets under a large maple tree in the corner of a park and I gave the class. If you tune into the class (see the link, below) you may hear children playing in the background (we were close to a playground). No doubt you'll hear one of my dogs bark as she got excited about another dog in the park. Being a good “yoga dog,” she took that in and settled down.
